How long have you studied martial arts?
Just a few months, I started in October.
Have you studied any other martial arts?
No, this is my first time to study any kind of martial arts.
Why did you pick this academy?
I picked this academy because I want to get into shape, learn martial arts, learn some self - defense so I can deal with the bandits on the street, learn the philosophies of the martial arts, meet new people...and improve my skills in English.
What is your favorite martial art at this academy and why did you pick that one?
I have many favorites. I like the self-defense applications class because it teaches practical moves and how to be strong and bold. I like the Jeet Kune Do classes because it improves our technical skills with our hands and feet. It also improves our flexibility and improves our skills using methods discovered by Bruce Lee. I also really like the Filipino Martial Arts because it really gives us a high level of skill using weapons like sticks, swords, and knives and best of all, gives us excellent technique on how to fight against an opponent who has a stick or a knife with just our bare hands.
